Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time without any penalty. Requests made within 24 hours of the booking will not be accommodated, and all payments, including deposits, will be forfeited. We understand that emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance, and we will review such situations on a case-by-case basis.
